Return Policy

Not in Love with your Timpac Order ?

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Timpac. You can return all items  within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. This doesn't include items purchased on final sales or clearance sales. The refund amount will be credited back into your Timpac account in the form of cashback. In case of size issues we try our best to exchange sizes if we have the alternate size in stock.

The Timpac Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will process the return.IMPORTANT:Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. All returns are subject to discretion of Timpac.

• All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

• Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100 towards shipping costs if self shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 7 days.

Ways to Return

Step 1: You can return any product purchased from Timpac within 7 days of delivery by going to My Account > Returns

• You can select the item you wish to return and the reason.

• At the end of the process, you will be shown a Return No. and your total refund amount which will be credited to your Timpac cashback account once the returned item has reached us.

• Your product needs to adhere to our Returns Policy for us to process your Return Request.

Please note your Return Request Number for future reference.

Step 2: Once your return is approved please print out the Returns Request Form and the original invoice received with the package. This helps us process your returns faster.

Step 3: Put the Returns Form and the item(s) you wish to return inside a bag and ensure that the bag is securely sealed. Inscribe the returns address and Return No. on the package and self-ship it or hand it over to our pickup team.

Note:

1. In case you have opted for Timpac to organize the pickup of your return, our logistics team will organize the pickup within 5 days of placing the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team. On pickup, you will receive a receipt with the tracking number of your returns consignment. Please retain this till we confirm receipt of your consignment.

2. If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you will need to self-ship the return item. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs 100 towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.

In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update the tracking details on My Returns so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.

Can I return products I am not fully satisfied with?

To ensure your shopping experience with Timpac is completely hassle-free, we provide you the option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner. To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and re-saleable condition. You can place a request for returns within 7 days of receiving your product.

Where do I send my return?

How long will the entire returns process take?

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

So that you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the refund has been allocated to your Timpac Credits.

How will I be refunded for the return?

On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value plus self-shipping reimbursement (if you have shipped your return back yourself) will be credited to your Timpac cashback account. You will be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on Timpac.

Damaged items and Incorrect Shipments

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your Return. A photo image is helpful to speed up claims.
